Since 2003, Patricia Ferguson has provided expert witness consultation in over 100 cases, both for the plaintiff and defendant, ranging from case reviews, investigations, research and opinions, to depositions.
CHIEF ALCOHOL COMPLIANCE OFFICER
Patricia Ferguson presently provides on-site alcohol compliance oversight at T-Mobile Park for Mariner's games, concerts, and other events, and at Climate Pledge Arena for the Seattle Kraken, as well as other events.
Pat Ferguson was instrumental in writing the initial Alcohol Operation Plan T-Mobile Park, Lumen Field, and Climate Pledge Arena.
SR. LIQUOR ENFORCEMENT OFFICER
For ten years, 1986-1996, Patricia served as a Washington State Liquor Enforcement Officer, Sr. Liquor Enforcement Officer, and Acting Agent-in-Charge.
LIQUOR LICENSING SERVICES
Beginning in 1996, Patricia has aided corporations and individuals in both the retail and non retail liquor licensing application process.

M.A.S.T and T.E.A.M CERTIFIED INSTRUCTOR
Patricia developed & instructs a Washington State Liquor Board certified Mandatory Alcohol Server Training (M.A.S.T) program to thousands of industry workers. She was also a certified T.E.A.M. Trainer, (Techniques of Effective Alcohol Management), which she taught in the major sports stadiums in Seattle.

Patricia Ferguson was educated at Central Washington University, earning a BA degree in Law & Justice in 1979, and additionally holds an AA degree in Law Enforcement from Green River Community College.
From 1979-1985, Patricia was employed by the Washington State Department of Corrections as a Correctional Officer and Correctional Counselor and a Parole and Probation Officer for adult felons.
In 1986 Mrs. Ferguson Began her time with the Washington State Liquor Control Board, where over ten years she served as a Liquor Enforcement Officer, Sr. Liquor Enforcement Officer, and Acting Agent-in-Charge.
After the birth of her daughter in 1995, Patricia started P.A.T. Ferguson Consulting, LLC. With this company she aided corporations and individuals in the application process for both retail and non retail liquor licences, taught M.A.S.T and T.E.A.M classes to hospitality personnel, and became the Chief Alcohol Compliance officer at T-Mobile Park, CenturyLink field, Climate Pledge Area, Consolidated Restaurants at the University Of Washington, and the Washington State Fair.
Patricia has served hundreds of clients including, Chevron Corporation, Cucina! Cucina!, Wolfgang Puck Worldwide, The Seattle Mariners, The Seattle Seahawks, The Seattle Kraken, The Seattle Sounders FC, Ogden Entertainment, Volume Services America, Centerplate, ClearChannel, Aramark, and First and Goal, Inc..
Patricia lives in University Place, Washington, with her husband, and enjoys fishing, the outdoors, and spending time with her close extended family.
Patricia has been an Allied Member of the Washington Hospitality Association since 1998.
