P.A.T. FERGUSON CONSULTING, LLC is owned and operated by Patricia A.T. (Pat) Ferguson, a former Washington
State Liquor Control Board Senior Enforcement Officer (1986-1996).
Patricia Ferguson is presently the Chief Alcohol Compliance Officer for the Seattle Mariners at Safeco Field and the Seattle Seahawks and Sounders FC at Quest Field, and has provided training to thousands of employees of these venues over the
past 13+ years. This training is specifically designed to educate employees on preventing alcohol violations, including
preventing underage purchase, possession and consumption, preventing over service, and recognizing and dealing with apparently intoxicated guests.
She has provided expert witness services to numerous attorney/clients since 2003.
Pat Ferguson was instrumental in writing the Alcohol Operation Plan for Safeco Field in Seattle.
Patricia Ferguson was educated at Central Washington University, earning a BA degree in Law & Justice in 1979, and additionally holds an AA degree in Law Enforcement from Green River Community College. While employed by the State of Washington, Ms Ferguson attended hundreds of hours of training, including Observations Skills, Monitoring and Intervention, Testifying in Court, Race Relations and Cultural Awareness, Train the Trainer, Hostage Negotiations, and successfully
completed the FBI’s course on Analytical Investigative Methods. She also designed training curriculums for the Washington State Liquor Control Board and the Washington State Department of Corrections Correctional Services and Correctional
Officers Academies. Ms Ferguson is an Allied Member and Network Consultant for the Washington Restaurant Association.
Prior to working for the Washington State Liquor Control Board,
Ms Ferguson was employed by the Washington State
Department of Corrections (1979-1985) as a
Correctional Officer and Correctional Counselor
and a Parole and Probation Officer for adult felons.
Patricia lives in University Place with her husband and daughter.
She enjoys family, skiing, the out-of-doors and fishing.
